We at Powell Roofing are grateful for the support of our wonderful customers and local real estate agents.
As of last year, roof inspections/certifications require pre-payment. **
We offer debit card payment through Square, who does charge a small fee per transaction or Venmo: @powellroofing629
Please be sure to put the address, of the property being inspected in the memo line when using Venmo.
Also, please be sure to include the city that the property you are requesting the inspection on in your request, as we service many areas outside of Chico. Our email address is bp629@comcast.net and is the best way to request an inspection.
As always, cash or check may be paid to Powell Roofing Inc at 43 Norfield Ave, Chico 95928. Our office is across the street from the shop, next to the Suburban Propane yard.
We do have a drop box at the front door for your after-hour convenience. Please make sure it is marked with the address of inspection.

Payment is due upon request of Inspection
- If roof inspection is to be paid through escrow, please notify Powell Roofing
- Prices are based on single story, average size track style homes
- Two story, commercial, or multiple buildings are subject to different pricing
- A convenience fee of 3.5% will be charged if paying with a credit card/debit card
- The individual/real estate agent requesting the inspection is responsible for payment
- Prices are effective as of February 1, 2024
